Head of Revenue Operations | PE-Backed SaaS Scale-Up

We’re partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS business entering a major growth transition.
After years of product-led, inbound success, our client is now building the commercial infrastructure required to scale into a full-stack revenue organisation — adding outbound, account-based sales, stronger expansion motions, and board-level reporting.
This is a rare chance to step into a foundational RevOps leadership role.
Why this role matters
You’ll own the revenue governance spine - the systems, data, processes and operating cadence that Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance rely on.
The business is well-run, change-ready, and moving quickly.
What you’ll do
- Build GTM architecture (segmentation, territories, pipeline stages, handoffs)
- Create a single source of truth across Salesforce + billing + finance systems
- Implement pipeline-driven forecasting (Salesforce forecasting activation)
- Deliver dashboards and analytics: funnels, rep performance, customer health, board reporting
- Own weekly/monthly operating rhythms across acquisition + expansion sales motions
- Enforce data discipline and act as neutral governance across teams
- Lead Salesforce platform strategy (partner support already in place)
- Decide what to build internally vs outsource for speed
What we’re looking for
- 5-10 years in RevOps / Sales Ops / GTM Ops within B2B SaaS
- Proven experience building RevOps infrastructure before (including messy foundations)
- Strong Salesforce fluency (Sales Cloud essential)
- Experience supporting acquisition + expansion/retention motions
- Comfortable in PE-backed / investor reporting environments
- Able to help a business evolve from inbound PLG → outbound + account-based execution
